Frequently asked questions

What do credits pay for?

Every generation: designs from text, sketch renders, virtual try-ons, photoshoots, repose/model-swap/scene changes, edits, upscales and runway videos. Standard-quality designs cost just 2 credits.

What happens to my credits?

Your balance is topped up with each monthly grant while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, any remaining credits expire.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically, and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period — from Manage subscription.

Is there a free trial?

New designers get free credits on signup to try the studio before subscribing.
